Your Organization's Communications Function. Built Into Claude. Yours to Keep.
The Nonprofit AI Communications System is a fully configured AI communications infrastructure built specifically for your organization inside Claude. Not a template. Not a generic assistant. A custom built system that knows your voice, your audiences, your history, and your mission before your team ever opens the platform.
The Problem This Solves
Every Time Someone Leaves, the Knowledge Leaves With Them.
Nonprofit organizations face a communications challenge that almost no one names directly. High staff turnover means that the institutional voice, the accumulated organizational knowledge, the years of refined language and audience understanding, walks out the door every time a communications staff member moves on.
The new hire starts over. The voice shifts. The consistency breaks. The trust that was built gradually through years of careful communication has to be rebuilt from scratch.
The Nonprofit AI Communications System changes that.
Because the system is built around your organization rather than around any individual, it holds the institutional knowledge regardless of who is sitting in the chair. A new communications staff member can step into the function on day one and produce content that sounds like your organization has been communicating this way for years. Because it has.
This is not just an AI tool. It is organizational infrastructure. And like all good infrastructure, it becomes more valuable over time.
Built once. Used by everyone. Grows stronger with every season.
What It Does
A Complete Communications Function. Nineteen Capabilities. One System.
The Nonprofit AI Communications System covers the full arc of nonprofit communications, from donor relationships to crisis response to board reporting to year over year organizational memory. Each capability is built around your organization's specific voice, audiences, messaging, and history. Nothing is generic. Everything is yours.
Newsletter copy, social media content, blog post drafts, program descriptions, appeal letters, announcements, and website copy, all written in your organizational voice and ready for your team to use.

The system knows what is coming before you have to remember to plan for it.

Donor Communications
01. Complete the Free Course
To build your system accurately, you need a clear sense of your organizational voice, your audiences, and your messaging. If that foundation already exists in a brand guide or communications document, you are ready to begin. If it does not, we recommend starting with the free Messaging Foundation course (available upon request), which will produce everything needed.
Current availability is updated regularly. If you are ready to move forward, the best time to purchase is now.
HOW IT WORKS
02. Reserve Your Build and Complete Your Intake
Purchase your build and complete the comprehensive intake form. You will be asked to submit your completed Messaging Foundation, your brand guide including colors, fonts, and logo files, your organizational history and key context, and the specific communications functions your team handles most frequently. The intake form is thorough by design. The depth of what you provide directly determines the precision of what gets built.
03. Review and Confirmation
Once your intake form is received, you will hear from Jacqueline directly to confirm everything needed has been submitted and to establish your official build start date. This step ensures the build begins on complete and accurate information.
04. Your System Is Delivered
Within three to four weeks of your confirmed build start date, your Nonprofit AI Communications System will be delivered inside Claude. You will receive complete access instructions and a usage guide written specifically for your organization and your team.
This is not a guarantee that AI replaces your communications function. It does not. The human work of listening, observing, building relationships, and translating lived experience into language that carries weight cannot be automated. This system does not attempt to do that.
What it does is ensure that when your team sits down to create something, they are not starting from nothing. They are starting from a system that already knows your organization deeply. That reduces friction, protects institutional knowledge, and allows your team to focus on the work that only humans can do.
The judgment, the relationships, the stories. Those remain yours.
